Place of Contract Performance: The port/place of delivery is Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (USA), and the port/place of destination will be an intermediate stop in Guam for one week, with a final destination of Marianas Island Testing And Training Surveillance Area, 250nm southeast of Guam.
