The 144 FW is requesting lodging to support drill training. Request for Quote (RFQ) details are provided on the attached solicitation. The 144 FW intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract without negotiations, so offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. This requirement is being solicited as 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 721110 and the Small Business size standard is $40M. All prospective quoters must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. Any quote, modification, or revision of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is late and will not be considered. Review the RFQ solicitation instructions for quote submission criteria. Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to amend or cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Submitted offers shall be valid until May 30, 2026. This effort is a high priority requirement in support of the National Guard. Funds are not presently available to make award. If funds become available for award and prices are deemed fair and reasonable, it is the Government’s intent to make award. This is not a commitment of funds or contract award.
