This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 15BBR026Q00000009 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please read the following through its entirety: The contractor is responsible for all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals to perform Landscaping Services from April 2026 through September 30, 2026 at Building 4 & Dayton Manor. (Please refer to the Statement of Work attachment for more details). A site visit is scheduled for: Thursday, April 2nd, 2026 at 10:00 AM. The address is 199 Flushing Ave Brooklyn, NY 11205. The second site visit will be conducted shortly after, the address is 9325 Fort Hamilton Parkway Brooklyn, NY 11209. Contractors are required to attend the site and fill out a contractors site visit form to prove they have attended. Submitted quotes without attending the site will not be considered.
