This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 and DFARS Change Notice 2025-1110. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The business size standard is 1200 Employees. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable in accordance with RFQ #N3904026Q5446. See attached RFQ for details. Period of Performance: Subject to Shift Base: 4/17/2026 – 4/16/2027 Option 1: 4/17/2027 – 4/16/2028 Option 2: 4/17/2028 – 4/16/2029 Option 3: 4/17/2029 – 4/16/2030 Option 4: 4/17/2030 – 4/16/2031 Place of performance is: Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, CA 92106 For evaluation purposes, please provide any applicable procedures and technical information. If no information is provided, your quotation may be determined to be unresponsive. Award may be made on the basis of adherence to the schedule and/or soonest mobilization.
