The intent of this notice is to provide the pre-solicitation notice required by FAR 5.1 (DEVIATION 25-17), in preparation for the release of a potential Request for Proposal (RFP). This notice does not commit the government to pay, and the government will not pay, any costs or expenses incurred by any prospective offeror in connection with the preparation or submission of an offer, including but not limited to information required for an environmental assessment, or in making studies, designs or other taking other actions for the preparation thereof, nor does this notice commit the government to release an RFP or contract for services or supplies. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) requires a coordinated, comprehensive system for the provision of teleradiology digital imaging services within designated IHSC facilities. Specific locations will be provided with the RFP if released. These teleradiology services are needed for medical screening through digital chest X?rays as well as the routine care of illness and injury through other digital radiographs of the body as practicable with plain film radiography. Services may include teleradiology equipment purchase, installation, maintenance, and technical support, teleradiology onsite equipment training to all designated staff, X?ray interpretation, consultation, reporting, etc. Other routine digital radiographs may include skeletal films, acute abdominal series, etc. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
