Points of contact: Cynthia Cruz, Contract Specialist Patrick Collins, Contracting Officer Description: NAVSUP FLCY Site Marianas (Guam) has a requirement for wireless devices and services in support of Maritime Expeditionary Security Group One Detachment (MESG-1) Guam. MESG-1 requires a total of 47 wireless devices and services- 39 cellphones and 8 wireless access point (mobile hotspot) devices. The anticipated period of performance is 15 May 2026 to 14 May 2027, followed by one twelve-month option period. The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract on or about 21 April 2026. Additional Information: This notice is NOT a request for proposals. The solicitation, when issued, will be available electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website. All responsible and eligible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, in response to the subsequent solicitation, which will be considered by the agency.
