This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting quotes for the following: Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to safely remove the hyperbaric recompression chamber (RCC) and ancillary equipment (AE) from the USCGC Polar Star, located at US Coast Guard Base Seattle, and load it onto a commercial shipping truck for transport (see attached Statement of Work for full detail).
