The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, a firm-fixed-price (FFP) / Time-and-Materials (T&M) acquisition with Jataware for licenses to develop, deploy, and maintain a Data Discovery Portal for the CRDC using Jatawares BeakerHub Platform through multiple phases.
