NASA/KSC has a requirement for (28 - Flight Valves) 2 Way, 540 g Solenoid Valves. NASA/KSC intends to issue a sole source purchse order to acquire 2 Way, 540 g Solenoid Valves from Marotta Controls under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to acquire a commercial product or service using FAR Part 12.
