The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Yankton, located in Yankton, South Dakota, is issuing this a combined synopsis/solicitation for FY26 Quarter 3 Food Service. This solicitation is set aside exclusively for small businesses. Interested vendors are invited to submit quotes based on the specifications outlined in the request for quotation. Important Information: Vendors are required to have registration in SAM.gov. The combined synopsis-solicitation is expected to be available on SAM.gov on February 18, 2026. All quotes must be submitted using the specified format provided and received by February 26, 2026, no later than 7:30 AM Central Standard Time. Delivery and Award Information: Deliveries will only be accepted after the effective date, as noted on the SF18 issued by the Contracting Officer.
