ORIGINAL SOLICITATION - The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), through Program Manager Adversary and Specialized Aircraft (PMA-226), is procuring Contractor-Owned, Contractor-Operated (COCO) aviation services to fulfill an enduring operational requirement from the Program Manager for Air Anti-Submarine Warfare Systems (PMA-264). The effort also includes the delivery of technical and administrative data to support program management and oversight. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15, DFARS 215.3, and the DoD Source Selection Procedures (20 August 2022). It adheres to NAVAIRINST 4200.39D and PMA-264 program-specific requirements.
