You need JavaScript enabled to view it. 1.0 Description of Requirements The Department of the Treasury (Treasury), Office of International Affairs, is requesting additional information for the current market capabilities to host the Group of Seven (G7) Finance Track Deputies meeting for two days within the outlined date range in the Statement of Work. Treasury is seeking to partner with venues and cities that have adequate sleeping rooms, meeting space, and cultural engagement activities to host a two-day meeting for Deputy Ministers and Governors for the United States in the G7 host year Please reference section 4.0, Statement of Work, for a full description of the requirement. Acquisition strategy is to be determined. Respondents should provide a narrative describing the unique attributes and competitive advantages of the proposed city and venue for hosting a high-level government meeting. Responses should highlight factors that distinguish the destination and facility from other potential locations, including accessibility, prestige, security considerations, availability of high-quality accommodation and meeting infrastructure, and opportunities for meaningful attendee engagement. Respondents are encouraged to describe how the city and venue environment would enhance the overall meeting experience, support the objectives of senior government participants, and contribute to a productive, professional, and memorable event. Treasury encourages both venues and destination management companies to respond. 2.0 Background Information The Group of Seven (G7) Finance Track serves as the primary forum for economic and financial policy coordination among the G7 member countries?Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States?with participation from the European Union. Led by Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors, Finance Track provides a platform for member countries to address global economic and financial challenges, promote international financial stability, and coordinate responses to emerging risks affecting the global economy. Since its inception, the G7 Finance Track has played a critical role in fostering cooperation on issues such as global economic growth, fiscal and monetary policy, international taxation, financial market resilience, sovereign debt sustainability, financial crime prevention, and support for developing economies. In recent years, discussions have expanded to include topics such as economic security, supply chain resilience, digital assets, artificial intelligence, and the modernization of international financial architecture. Throughout each G7 presidency, Finance Ministers, Central Bank Governors, Deputies, and technical experts convene a series of meetings and working sessions to advance the host nation's priorities and develop coordinated policy approaches. These discussions often inform broader G7 Leaders' Summit outcomes and contribute to international efforts undertaken through institutions such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF), World Bank Group, Financial Stability Board (FSB), Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and other multilateral organizations. The United States will assume the Presidency on January 1, 2027, through its December 2027 Summit. The U.S. Treasury Department (Treasury) and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors co-host the Finance Track. This will include a series of meetings to include deputies? meetings and one ministerial meeting. 3.0 Specific requirements/information (if any) Not applicable. 4.0 Statement of Work 4.1 Date Range Information Respondents shall propose one or more meeting options that are available within the requested date range of February 24 through March 3, 2027. For each proposed option, respondents should identify the specific dates available, venue name and location, meeting space capacity, guest room availability, and any date-related constraints or considerations. Please also address proximity and accessibility to airports with flights to major European and Asian cities. Responses should clearly indicate the respondent's ability to accommodate the meeting requirements during the proposed dates and outline any advantages associated with each option. 4.2 CLIN 001 Room Block Room Requirement Day 1 - 30 rooms Day 2 - 175 rooms Day 3 (Meeting Day 1) - 175 rooms Day 4 (Meeting Day 2) - 100 rooms Day 5 - 30 rooms 4.3 CLIN 002 Food and Beverage Food and beverage services shall be provided in accordance with the final meeting agenda and schedule, which will be furnished at a later date. All meals, refreshments, and related catering services shall be provided at the designated meeting venue and be capable of supporting the event's operational requirements and attendee capacity. Respondents should provide details regarding the proposed venue(s), associated logistics, transportation considerations, and any other relevant information necessary to support the successful execution of the reception. For each space, respondents should describe the proposed room configuration, capacity, square footage, location within the facility, available furnishings and equipment, and any limitations or considerations that may affect its suitability for the event. Responses should clearly demonstrate the venue's ability to accommodate the stated requirements and support the overall meeting objectives. Plenary Room Provide a ballroom-style space that can seat up to 25 people at a main table with additional room for back benchers. Five (5) Bilateral Meeting Rooms Provide 5 rooms with no airwalls for private meeting space. This should be set in conference style seating United States Government Work Room Provide a room that can host up to 45 people in schoolroom style seating Two (2) United States Government Hold Rooms Provide a room that can host up to 15 people in conference style seating Two (2) United States Government Bilateral Meeting Rooms Provide a room that can host up to 15 people in conference style seating Lunchroom Provide a lunchroom to accommodate a buffet lunch and 130 participants seated in rounds Nursing Mother Room Provide a private room able to seat up to 5 in any style of seating Prayer Room Provide a private room able to seat up to 5 in any style of seating Security Room Provide a private room able to seat up to 5 in any style of seating First Aid Room Provide a private room able to seat up to 5 in any style of seating 4.6 CLIN 005 Cultural Event Provide one to three proposed options for a cultural engagement event accommodating approximately 130 participants that showcases the unique character, heritage, and attractions of the host city. Proposed events should offer attendees a meaningful opportunity to experience the local culture and may include, but are not limited to, private museum tours, culinary or beverage tasting experiences, historical or cultural site visits, performing arts events, or comparable activities of similar quality and stature. For each proposed option, respondents should provide a brief description of the experience, estimated participant capacity, location, and any relevant logistical considerations. 4.7 CLIN 006 Transportation Provide a transportation plan that outlines the respondent's ability to support ground transportation requirements for attendees. The plan should describe available shuttle services and transportation options between the airport, designated lodging facilities, and event venue(s), including service capabilities, coordination procedures, estimated travel times, and any partnerships with transportation providers that may be utilized to facilitate attendee movement throughout the event. 4.8 CLIN 007 Security Support Provide a security support plan that outlines the venue's capabilities and resources for supporting the security requirements of the event and associated meeting spaces. The plan should identify available security services, coordination procedures, and relevant points of contact. Respondents may also include information on partnerships, subcontractors, or other resources that can facilitate the provision of contracted security personnel and related security support services, as appropriate. 5.0 General (1) List recent experiences organizing conferences of similar size, scope and complexity. (2) List accommodation and catering capacities provided. (3) Specify, if not in-house, who are your local or regional partners for interpretation services. (4) Specify, if not in-house, who are your local or regional partners for IT or AV setup. (5) Provide the cancellation policy for the venue or attrition rate for the catering services based on the local business practice. (6) List your company?s main subcontractors, if any, for the provision of similar services? How could your company ensure all services can be effectively managed through these subcontractors? 6.0 Commercial Information (1) Provide summary information including company name, SAM Unique Entity ID (UEID) number, CAGE code, and designated point of contact's name, title, email address and phone number.
