The intent of this contract opportunity is to provide renovation/modernization for a new computer laboratory on the third floor of Building 1000 at the Philadelphia Navy Yard for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
