This is a solicitation for commercial services under NAICS code 561210, as an 8(a) set aside. NSWCCD intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) order, using FAR RFO Part 12 procedures, on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.Please note that the due date for questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to James Valiga at This email address is being protected from spambots. Please note that quotes should price SubCLINs 0001AA and 0001AB. SubCLINs 0002AA and 0002AB are set as Not To Exceed (NTE) and are set values. For pricing on SubCLIN 0001AA, vendors shall provide a price for one Full Time Equivalent (FTE), which equals 2,080 hours. Pricing for SubCLIN 0001AB shall be based on 300 overtime hours.
