The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, and equipment to fabricate, machine, finish, inspect and deliver the following: Item Part Number Description Qty 1 PD-CSX-ES-1411 Stainless Steet Type 206 CSX End Station Tube, Theta 1 2 PD-CSX-ES-1422 Stainless Steel Type 304 CSX End Station Body Housing 1 3 PD-CSX-ES-1431 Stainless Steel Type 304 CSX End Station Tube, Delta, Rotary 1 All work herein shall be in accordance with the BSA Statement of Work dated 6/26/2026, Attachment (A) including the Drawings and Step Files to Draft BSA PO#480664, Enclosure Attachment A, and BNL Supplier Quality Assurance Requirements, (BNL-QA-101) Attachment (B). Amendment No.1 to BSA Solicitation No.480664 is issued to address questions received and provide responses to same which are incorporated herein as Solicitation Amendment No.1 dated 7/06/2026. Supporting information is included as Attachments (A) and (B) to Amendment No.1 dated 7/06/2026. Except as hereby modified, all other terms and conditions of this Solicitation remain unchanged. Amendment No.2 to BSA Solicitation No.480664 is issued to address additional questions received and provide responses to same and extend the due date for offers to July 14, 2026, 5:00 PM EST which is incorporated herein as Solicitation Amendment No.2 dated 7/08/2026. Except as hereby modified, all other terms and conditions of this Solicitation remain unchanged.
