The government is specifically seeking vendors who are able to support this over SAT requirement while complying with FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting Rule. This sources sought notice is a market research tool being utilized to identify potential and eligible firms capable of providing the required LPAC rental packages while remaining in compliance with FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting Rule. As such all interested parties are encouraged to respond. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining if small business vendors are able to support while in full compliance of FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting.
