This is a competitive solicitation notice in accordance with FAR 5.101(b)(1)(i). The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka, Site Sasebo, intends to issue a competitive solicitation restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan. Important Note: The actual Solicitation package (RFP) has been distributed directly to all eligible Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan via email. USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47) Title: PORT SIDE FLIGHT DECK SUPPORT STRUCTURE; REPAIR ELM-245219; ACCOMPLISH NONSKID DECK COVERING ON FLIGHT DECK; REPLACE POP from 10/12/2026 to 07/31/2027 Place of Performance: Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. In accordance with DFARS 225.1103(3), this procurement is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan. Quotation Due Date (Closing Date): All eligible MSRA/ABR holders must submit their proposal via email no later than Aug 26, 2026 at 10:00AM JST. Access to the work specification package: Access to the work specification package listed in Section J as Attachment (1) may only be accessed through DoD SAFE. DoD SAFE is a secure U.S. Government repository which enables the sharing of large files and requires outside users to receive a drop-off request from the U.S. Government.
