Backflow Cross Connection Report The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to conduct a Comprehensive Drinking Water Cross-Connection and Backflow Prevention Survey to support Selfridge Air National Guard Base (ANGB), Michigan, water integrity as defined in the Description of Service.
