The purpose of this amendment (002) is to provide clarification response on a question asked after the deadline that may impact interested vendors s final quote offers. Question: Since the Emergency Department monitors are new as of April should vendors factor in the existing monitors? Or should offerors plan to provide new monitors regardless of the age of the monitors already onsite at the facility? Answer: All offerors will need to include new monitors in their quotes. Any equipment currently at the facility that can be factored into line item #0015 (De-installation and Disposal (including trade-in) of Existing Equipment), should be. All other existing equipment that cannot be traded in, the offeror will be expected to de-install and dispose of. Overall, regardless of existing equipment, offerors should structure their quotes to provide new equipment for all line items in the solicitation in accordance with the quantities requested.
