This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for an InVeris Training Solutions, Inc. FATS 100MIL Firearms Simulator System. This acquisition is being conducted on an other than full and open competitive basis in accordance with RFO 12.102(b). The acquisition is restricted to the InVeris Training Solutions, Inc. FATS 100MIL name brand and a Justification and Approval document (redacted) is provided as an attachment. Only quotations for the InVeris Training Solutions, Inc. FATS 100MIL name brand will be considered for award. This requirement includes all elements identified in CLIN 0001 including all system components, delivery, installation and warranty. Quoted firm-fixed prices shall be inclusive of all associated costs. Note that Pituffik Space Base is located approximately 750 miles north of the Arctic Circle and is not accessible by road or rail. Pitffuk Space Base is serviced by USPS, but larger shipments requiring sealift and/or airlift services must be coordinated with 821st SPTS/LG. Personnel visiting Pituffik Space Base must have a valid passport to enter the Kingdom of Denmark and must contact 821st SBG to facilitate travel via military transport. Questions and requests to clarify requirements must be received by the Contracting Officer no later than 4 August. Quotations are due no later than 5:00 PM Central European Time on 21 August 2026. Quotations must remain valid through 30 September 2026 at a minimum.
