Basis for award is technically acceptable/lowest price. For a Quoter to be considered technically acceptable, it must be able to provide all the items/services requested in the RFQ. The NAICS code for this requirement is 337212 ?Facilities & Construction ? Construction Related Services?. Delivery time for all the items requested will also be evaluated by the Government. Quotes are due at 1:00 PM ET on July 31, 2026. Location: Arlington, VA. Site visits will be conducted on July 22, 23, and 24, 2026.
