Eastern Kansas Statement of Work: 4 Motion C-Arm Imaging Table The purpose of this document is to provide a statement of work (SOW), for two 4 Motion C-Arm Imaging Tables, one for each VA Eastern Kansas campus to be utilized by surgical staff. The Imaging Tables have a large height range helping to create safe patient transfers while allowing doctors to stand comfortably. The large lifting column is very rigid, ensuring rock solid support for fast imaging and procedures. The station requires two FDA-listed, CE-marked, electrically motorized C-Arm imaging tables for pain management and surgical procedures. The tables must support safe patient transfers, precise imaging, and stable positioning for both fluoroscopy and ultrasound-guided interventions. The tables must be compatible with mobile C-Arm systems and support a wide range of patient sizes and procedural requirements. A C-Arm is a mobile fluoroscopy imaging system shaped like the letter ?C,? allowing real-time Xray imaging during procedures. The C-Arm rotates around the patient to provide multiple views (lateral, oblique, anteroposterior) without repositioning the patient. The CFPM400 table?s radiolucent design and metal-free imaging space ensure the C-Arm can capture clear images of the spine and target anatomy in any projection. The table?s adjustable movements allow optimal positioning for both the patient and the C-Arm, supporting safe and efficient image-guided interventions. Objectives: ? Improve patient comfort during imaging and procedures. ? Enhance the stability, precision imaging and procedures. ? Increase operational efficiency in the surgical departments. Requirements (shall meet or exceed): Technical Specifications: ? Integrated Headrest Top: 22? (56cm) wide x 84? (214cm) long ? Rectangular Top: 24? (61cm) wide x 80? (203cm) long Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 5 of 5 ? Imaging Space: ? 56? metal-free imaging space (no obstructions for C-Arm imaging) ? Height Range: ?
