On 12 August 2026, amendment 0001 was published. The purpose of this amendment 0001 is to provide the below new documents as these are needed for the site visit. These documents are in PIEE. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District, has a new requirement to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for a Modernization-New Work construction for CMC Greenspace. This project will provide memorials honoring the U.S. Air Force Reserve Command mission and personnel, as well as provide new landscaping to block views of the industrial functions around the facility. Project work to include renovation of green space around B555, to include site preparation, demolition, new secondary electrical distribution, area lighting and improved landscaping. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% COMPETITIVE SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWN SMALL BUSINESS UNDER NAICS CODE 237990- OTHER HEAVY AND CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION.
