AMENDMENT 02 (21 Sep 2026): Answers to received questions have been answered by the end-user subject matter experts on the "Q and A - Answers Round 1" attachment to this posting. AMENDMENT 01 (21 Sep 2026): The Statement of Work has been amended to drop Bldg 979 off this requirement. The two fans + installation in that specific building are no longer required. REQUIRED TEXT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA9401-26-Q-0042 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for fan systems and installation services in order to provide HVLS fans to the customer. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
