This requirement is for establishing a maintenance and repair program to ensure the continuous, safe, and reliable operation of the Bobcat forklift fleet at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). A periodic safety inspection, certified load test, and preventative maintenance cycle are required at intervals not to exceed one year, or per OEM operating-hour intervals, whichever occurs first. Monthly power-washing and detailing is required to prevent industrial grease/debris buildup. Brand name is required IOT maintain the manufacturer?s warranty of the Bobcat fleet.
