Fourth Plain Boulevard, Vancouver, WA 98661 is seeking to establish a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement to purchase research grade animal food and bedding. This is a brand name requirement. Service Location: VA Portland Healthcare System Portland campus VMU 3710 SW U.S. Veterans Hospital Road Loading Docks Building 101 and 103 Portland, OR 97239-2964 Other VMU s within the VISN 5/HSA 5.1 may be added in the future upon written agreement between the contractor and the Contracting Officer.
