The Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) Tunnel 9, located in Silver Spring, MD, requires the comprehensive modernization of a high-performance hydraulic motion system. The scope of this Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) requirement includes the design, engineering, procurement, off-site fabrication, pre assembly, on-site demolition, installation, and commissioning of core system components.
